This policy describes how inquiry information submitted through Injection Molding Machine Sourcing is used. The site is an independent sourcing service. It is not a factory storefront and it does not publish a public postal address or switchboard.
The inquiry form collects name, work email and optional company and phone, plus the requirements text you type. That text is the place to record product specification, quantity, destination and requested delivery window. Optional budget (amount or range, currency, per-unit or whole-order) and supplier preference, when provided, are merged into that same requirements field at submit time. Helper fields do not add backend field names. There is no file upload control.
We use the information to clarify your injection molding machine brief and to request factory quotations. We do not sell inquiry lists. Sharing with candidate manufacturers happens only as needed to obtain comparable quotes for the stated destination and specification. Supplier certificates requested during that process remain the factory’s documents; they are not stored as this site’s credentials.
Inquiry records are kept as needed to complete the sourcing discussion and any follow-up you request. Browser back-button resubmits should not leave helper-field summaries in the original textarea; each form instance is independent. Because no postal address or phone switchboard is published, use the contact form to ask about a previous submission.
